Ginette Mballa

Ginette Mballa is a contract bookkeeper for Rebuild Local News. She comes with over 12 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations and has extensive knowledge in international accounting and grant management, including USG grant rules and regulations. Her most recent work was with Humanity & Inclusion, a U.S.-based nonprofit previously known as Handicap International that assists people with disabilities and other vulnerable people. She served as U.S. Director of Finance and Administration overseeing Humanity & Inclusion’s Finance, HR and IT operations for a $35 million budget. Mballa holds a master’s degree in audit and operational management from the University of Lyon and a bachelor’s degree in financial management from Business School EICD-3A. She is bilingual in French and English, and full professional proficient in Spanish. Mballa is also currently a CPA candidate. She is married with two sons, and lives with her family in Potomac, MD.
