Peter Rothfeld

Peter Rothfeld is the People & Operations Manager at Rebuild Local News. He is an SHRM Certified Professional, having spent his career building strong organizational culture and supporting long-term sustainability. He previously worked in the U.S. Congress with Rep. Michelle Lujan Grisham of New Mexico and Sen. Martin Heinrich of New Mexico, and later in the nonprofit and consulting sectors, including with the Coalition for a Prosperous America and The Bolinas Group. At Bolinas, he led financial and compliance management from the firm’s launch in 2024.
